FIT BALL
A form of exercise using a large rubber ball is an ideal alternative for anyone wishing to combine an active lifestyle with great fun. The spherical shape of the ball affects the involvement of all the muscles that stabilise the body, which involves the need to maintain balance during exercise. The advantages of exercises with the ball include their high effectiveness and the fact that there are no age restrictions for participants. The aim of training is to strengthen all muscle groups, improve motor coordination, increase body stability, improve balance, shape the base and improve endurance. In addition, the abdominal muscles are involved in most exercises in order to maintain balance and the correct position for the exercises. This very fact results in the fact that exercises with the ball have twice the effect on the straight abdominal muscles and four times the effect on the oblique abdominal muscles in comparison with regular exercises.
PILATES
It is a full-body workout, a combination of exercises inspired by yoga, ballet and isometric (strength) exercises. Its aim is to strengthen muscles without overextending them, relieve stress on the spine, improve posture, make the body more flexible, reduce stress levels and generally improve health.
BODY SHAPE
Classes to strengthen and shape all major muscle groups. Beginning with a warm-up that gradually progresses into exercises. Sets of exercises are characterised by moderate intensity. Exercises use equipment that increases resistance - weights, rubber bands, steppers, balls, etc.
JOGA
It is an exercise technique and, at the same time, a philosophy of life. It is derived from the Sanskrit word "yug" - meaning to join together, to unite. It helps to relax, make the body more flexible, strong and stretched. Yoga is an excellent means of therapy for both body and mind. The practice of asanas, or specific yoga postures, is in constant connection with self-observation and inner attention. The class focuses on breath work and concentration on the spine. The practice is varied and adapted to the group, slow and sometimes dynamic to raise energy levels and strengthen the body.
HIT BURNING
It is an intense workout that combines strength and aerobic exercise. This combination ensures fat burning long after the workout is over. Exercises strengthen the upper and lower body and, above all, increase endurance. Classes for those wishing to shed excess weight and slim their figures.
BODY PUMP
This is a very interesting strengthening class, using a special barbell with an adjustable load. It is a highly effective fat burning and body shaping workout. The main objective is to improve the efficiency of the body, increase endurance and muscle strength for a beautiful outline and appearance. The training uses simple exercises to strengthen large muscle groups while listening to appropriately selected motivating music, which makes it much more interesting than typical strength training.
ABDOMEN / THIGHS / BUTTOCKS
This is a class that allows you to burn fat tissue in problematic areas for women, as well as to strengthen muscles and shape the silhouette without the risk of excessive muscle mass growth, firming and strengthening the lower parts: abdomen, back, buttocks and thighs. The vast majority of exercises are performed in low isolated positions, working on selected muscle parts. A characteristic feature is the repetition of the same exercises at moderate to high intensity. These exercises are designed to improve fitness, motor coordination and general well-being. They have a great effect on accelerating fat burning and help fight cellulite. BUP is a class for people of all levels, with no age restrictions and the possibility of participation by obese people. This is because the workout does not strain the spine or joints.
TBC
Total Body Conditioning will not only allow you to lose weight, but also strengthen the core muscles of your entire body. They strengthen, shape, slenderise and stretch. They start with an intensive warm-up moving smoothly into the process of shaping the whole body. Classes using a variety of resistance-enhancing equipment. It is a fitness module that aims to develop muscular strength and endurance as well as body shaping. TBC is a form of aerobics that combines aerobic exercises [accelerating breathing and pulse] with strengthening exercises. Sequences of simple circuits, devised by the instructor, are performed to the rhythm of fast-paced music. They are designed to activate the muscles of the entire body, both upper and lower - arms, legs, buttocks and abdomen. The workout uses equipment: dumbbells, rubber bands and balls to help strengthen all parts of the body. Classes last an hour and are open to all people, regardless of age or level. The benefits of TBC exercises are primarily muscle strengthening, fat reduction, improved fitness and aerobic capacity of the body. The skin becomes better circulated and tighter, so the exercises help fight stretch marks and cellulite.
SUPER SLEEPS
This is a specially designed training programme that engages the three areas of the gluteal muscle. With regular exercise, the buttocks will be shapely, round and firm without excess fat and cellulite. The workout will not lack exercises for the thigh muscles. Classes for people of all levels, no age restrictions.
